Be ready for mind-bending jams and transporting audiences to the heart of the Summer of Love. You’ll be sure to be taken on a sonic adventure where the climate suits your clothes. Take a trip with us into the psychedelic wonders of the universe! Bringing you deep enriched jams that will make you tickle your keys to make that cheese.
Catfish John:
In dedication and devotion to the musical adventure of the Grateful Dead: Keith Alcantara, Scott Tillotson, Jack Della Valle, Tony Di Maria and Scott Sumner bring their own interpretation to the music that has inspired for almost 60 years! Over the last 10 years, Catfish John has done about 200 shows, and has played almost half of the great American songbook know as the Grateful Dead’s catalog. Catfish John has been invited to several festivals including Skull and Roses (x2), Grateful Festival (x2), Blues Bender(x2), and Jerry Daze around the southwest. Ultimately we have to thank so many people that have supported us here in Las Vegas as well as California, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. We are blessed to have you as friends. Some of the special guests that have played with Catfish- DJ Logic, Kevin Harris, Mark Karan, Albert Castiglia & John Kadlecik.
Born out of the love and inspiration of the Dead, Catfish John is a collective of serious players looking to express their affection and respect for the music of the Grateful Dead. They are artists giving a unique take on the music of the Grateful Dead. Playing the music of the Dead possesses a phenomenon of creative freedom.
