We hope you are looking forward to the Bender Jamboree! We just wanted to take a moment to reiterate the details of the event and also provide some helpful tips and guidelines to help ensure a smooth and timely experience for you and all our guests. If you have been to a previous Bender in the past, please don’t disregard this notice as some things have changed. Please take the time to read this in its entirety.

What is the Bender Jamboree?

The Bender Jamboree is 4 days and nights of music and accommodations all taking place at the Plaza Hotel with “Everything, an elevator ride away.”

Can I get a refund?

There are NO REFUNDS, NO Cancellations, and NO Credits under any circumstances on any orders. The event has a stringent cancellation policy and recommends that all guests purchase Travel Insurance. Do you have single day tickets?

No single day tickets will be available. We are committed to providing a complete four-day experience at the Bender, and as such are not equipped to accommodate single-day purchasers.

Since pot is legal, I can smoke it anywhere, right?

NO. The regulations ban consumption everywhere except for private residences. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have issued warnings that smoking marijuana is not allowed on the Strip, or anywhere in the city except for private homes.

Payment & Reservation

Are there refunds? Can I get my money back? Can I get a credit?

There are NO REFUNDS, NO Cancellations, and NO Credits under any circumstances on any orders, the event has a stringent cancellation policy and recommends that all guests purchase Travel Insurance. If you have any questions about a package or item, please contact us using the email form on this page BEFORE placing your order.

What is the age limit?

The event is 21 & over. You MUST be over 21 to pick up wristbands and attend the event.

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks are all accepted. No checks will be processed within 30 days of the on sale, based on availability.

What is a Prebook?

A Prebook deposit lets you book a package for the 2019 Bender Jamboree before the general on sale (and you get the night of Wednesday, April 9th on us, free while supplies last). The Prebook deposit is NOT a ticket to the event.

How does a Prebook work?

The Prebook deposit is valid for one (1) package. Only one guest needs to purchase a Prebook (guests will be added at a later time when you select your package). Prebook deposits are associated with the name and email address of the person purchasing and cannot be shared.

The guest who purchases the Prebook will be emailed a unique code with the onsale details. To better your chances of getting a specific package make sure to purchase during the 2-day presale.

The final total cost of your package will vary depending on room type, the number of occupants, etc. The $250 Prebook deposit will be credited to your balance.

At the conclusion of the prebook period, remaining inventory will be available to the general public. If you do not book your package during the prebook time, you will still be able to apply your prebook deposit during the general on sale period. If the 2019 Bender Jamboree sells out before you apply your prebook deposit, your deposit will be held for use for a future Bender Jamboree general on sale.

The general announcement will state the initial lineup, available packages, and prices.

Can 2 people who pre-booked combine into one pre-book?

Yes, the $250 credit will be applied and deducted from each balance. The reservation needs to be set up for each person to pay on their own so that the credit gets applied (pre-book credits are associated with the name and email address when purchased). For example, when the reservation is being set up online, make sure that the payment responsibility is set for

The # of people paying, instead of only one person being 100% responsible for payment.
***when entering the guest info make sure that the name is entered exactly as it appears when the pre-book was purchased (see confirmation email that was sent).

Are Prebook deposits refundable?

The $250 Prebook deposit is refundable before April 11, 2019, minus a $25 administration fee. If the Bender Jamboree 2019 sells out before you apply your Prebook deposit, you will be able to use your deposit towards a future Bender general on sale. Prebook deposits are non-transferable.

What if I didn’t Prebook? When can I purchase?

If you did not purchase a Prebook deposit, you wouldn’t be able to purchase during the Prebook on sale. Once Prebooked guests have selected their packages, remaining inventory will go on sale to the general public 2 days later.

How do I purchase?

What do I need to book a package?

You will need to log in with (or create) a Bender Jamboree account to purchase a package. You will need your guest(s) information for the reservation (name as it appears on your state issued ID, billing address, phone number, email address and date of birth). If you attended the 2018 Bender Jamboree or purchased a prebook deposit, you will already have a username (no need to create a new account). If you or a guest need a Bender Username, you can create one during the booking process or in advance.

What is a Bender Jamboree account?

A Bender Jamboree account is your user profile. You are required to have an account to book your reservation.

Can I use a nickname or my stage name when I purchase?

Sorry, but NO. Don’t get us wrong, we LOVE nicknames but you will NOT be able to check in to your hotel room or get your music wristbands, and then you will miss out on all the fun. NO refunds or credits will be issued.

Can my roommate and I split the payments and use separate credit cards?

Yes, each guest can log in individually to make payments for their share of the package with their own credit card information. When making the reservation, the Primary Guest can pay for their portion of the item, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours. The Primary Guest is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

I do not have a roommate yet, can I add the name at a later date?

Yes, you can add your guests later, but fees will apply after March 3, 2019.

How do I change the name on the reservation and is there a fee involved?

ONLY the Primary guest on the reservation can make changes by contacting Bender Support using the contact form (not the hotel). Please including the order number, new name (as it appears on state-issued ID), date of birth, phone number and email address. No fees will be charged through March 3, 2019, changing names after March 3, 2019, incur fees of $25 for each attendee. All name changes after March 17, 2019, will incur a fee of $50 per person. No changes or additions will be allowed, including adding unnamed guests after March 31, 2019, and must be done in person at Bender Support check in, and will incur the fee.

I forgot to add the name of my guest to the reservation, now what?

ONLY the Primary guest on the reservation can add a name by contacting Bender Support using the contact form (not the hotel). Please include the order number, the name of your guest (as it appears on state-issued ID), date of birth, phone number and email address. No fees will be charged through March 3, 2019, changing names after March 3, 2019, incur fees of $25 for each attendee. All name additions after March 17, 2019, will incur a fee of $50 per person. No changes or additions will be allowed, including adding unnamed guests after March 31, 2019.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

All changes MUST be in writing. Only the Primary Guest can request to change or remove existing guests or to upgrade to a higher priced category. Downgrading your package to a lesser value is not allowed. The Primary Guest must request these changes by contact support using the contact form and someone will get back to you.

What is the deadline to make any change to my reservation?

The final deadline is March 31, 2019. To make a change the Primary needs to contact support using the contact form. Please include the name of the event, your order number and the change needed. No changes or additions will be allowed, including adding unnamed guests after March 31, 2019, and must be done in person at Bender Support check in, and will incur a fee.

I cannot attend the Bender Jamboree, can I transfer my package/wristbands to someone?

There is a $50 transfer fee that must be paid before the transfer is complete and valid. When transferring a Bender Jamboree order the primary on the reservation MUST contact support using the contact form with the new guest name(s), address, phone number and email address. Someone from Bender Support will reach out to finalize the payment and transfer. We cannot accept any changes after April 7, 2019. Must be 21 years of age or over to attend the Bender Jamboree.

Do you offer a payment plan?

A limited amount of payment plans will be available on all packages. All purchases are Non-refundable. If you fail, for any reason, to pay any of the payments you will void your package. You will not receive a refund (see Terms & Conditions). ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Payment Plan: Three Payments

Standard package Initial payment – $500 or $250 per person + $25 per person one-time fee
Standard package First payment – 50% of the balance due on October 17, 2018
Standard package Final payment – the REMAINING balance is due January 17, 2019

Baller package Initial payment – $1000 or $500 per person + $50 per person one-time fee
Baller package First payment – 50% of the balance due on October 17, 2018
Baller package Final payment – the REMAINING balance is due January 17, 2019

Missed Payments
One week after missing a scheduled payment, a late fee of $15 will be added to the reservation. Two weeks after missing a scheduled payment, a final cancellation notice is sent, and the reservation will be canceled within 7 days, and NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued back to the guest(s). If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact support using the contact form PRIOR to the payment due date to avoid cancellation of the entire order. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Music will start at 5 pm PST on Thursday, April 11, 2019, and will end at approx 3 am PST on Monday. Check out is at 11 am on Monday, April 15, 2019.

Am I guaranteed access to all shows?

Bender Jamboree is run “festival style,” with multiple shows going on simultaneously. All of these shows are general admission, so you’re welcome to come and go as you wish. There are performances where capacity is limited; however, most artists perform multiple times during the event.

Are the seats reserved?

Sections are reserved as Big Daddy Baller and general admission. Seats are NOT. Seating is first come, first served. We ask that you refrain from moving chairs and/or saving seats in any venue so that we can accommodate as many guests as comfortably possible. Please help to keep ADA seating areas clear for those guests who need special assistance.

Lost & Found, where do I go?

If you find something or lose something, go to the Plaza Security podium located on the casino floor. You can check with Bender Support, but they cannot accept any items lost or left behind.

The artist that I wanted to see is no longer playing. What’s up with that?

The purchaser understands that they are purchasing for the entire Bender Jamboree event and not a particular artist’s performance. Thus, all purchasers understand, acknowledge, and will NOT expect a refund for any of the items purchased in the event of any talent cancellations for any reason. Artist’s line-ups and schedules are subject to change at any time.

Will the artists performing multiple times play the same setlist?

We do not tell artists what to play. They perform what they wish to perform.

Is there a charge to park at the event?

Parking is free for regular sized vehicles to guests that have purchased a Bender Jamboree package. However, oversized vehicles will be charged a fee of $20 per day to park. Fees are subject to change.

Do we have to wear our wristbands for the entire event?

Wristbands MUST be worn at ALL TIMES. Do not remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way, sharing wristbands is NOT allowed. Wristbands will not be replaced if stolen, damaged, lost, or destroyed. Wristbands are not transferable.

What should I bring with me?

A smile, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hats, earplugs, a portable coffee maker. Join the Bender Jamboree Club on Facebook to stay up to date on everything Jamboree related and meet other attendees.

Is smoking allowed in the venues?

Most venues are NON-SMOKING except for the Casino Lounge. Please be kind to your fellow Benders who do not smoke. Also, rooms in the North tower are Non-smoking.

The Plaza is a non-pet friendly property except for service animals. We kindly ask that you do not bring pets as they are unable to accompany you in any of the concert areas and are not allowed at the Bender Jamboree.

Can I use my camera?

You are allowed to take photos and videos for non-commercial/personal use with your cell phone or small digital camera. SLR’s and professional glass may not be used in any venue without first obtaining media credentials. Photography restrictions may be implemented during the event due to a given artist’s policy or at the discretion of the event staff.

What is your taping policy?

Audience taping is permitted at The Bender Jamboree unless otherwise posted/prohibited by the artist.

Taping is restricted to audio recording only. NO VIDEOTAPING will be allowed. NO LIVE STREAMING of any performance.

All taping must be for personal and non-commercial use only. No profit is ever to be made from your recordings. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and will be blacklisted from any future Bender events.

Audio recording is limited to portable equipment which includes microphones and a recorder. Battery power only, no house power will be supplied. No soundboard feed will be provided.

Remember that the audience’s enjoyment of a live show is our top priority. Tapers shall not request fans to move or keep quiet, nor obstruct the view of an audience member.

Taping is permitted at the sole discretion of The Bender Jamboree. If a member of The Bender Jamboree staff requests that a taper cease taping, for any reason they deem necessary, the taper shall comply.

There is no dress code at the Bender Jamboree. It’s a casual event.

Unfortunately, food and drinks vendors are not permitted to sell on the property.

Can we leave the hotel?

All Bender Jamboree attendees will be given a unique wristband that allows them access to all of our venues. You are free to come and go as you please. As long as you are wearing your wristband, you will have no problem.

How can I get a Nevada Resident Wristband?

You MUST be a Nevada Resident with a valid state-issued ID. This includes a State of Nevada government-issued driver’s license, identification card, or Nevada Sheriff’s Card. Those are the acceptable forms of identification to establish state residency. No refunds will be issued for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements. The Bender Jamboree is 21 & over.

My grandmother lives in Las Vegas, can she buy Nevada Resident Wristbands for me?

Only if she plans to attend. The purchaser must come to the event and present the ID used at check-out. Wristbands will be attached to the wrist of the purchaser (and any guests) by event personnel. No Refunds will be issued for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements. The Bender Jamboree is 21 & over.

I am a guest of someone who purchased a Nevada Resident Wristband for me. How do I get my wristband?

At the event, wristbands will be available for pick-up at Bender Support. The person who purchased the wristbands MUST be present and show their ID for you to receive your wristband. The wristband will be held under the purchaser’s name. No refunds will be issued for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements. The Bender Jamboree is 21 & over.

I just moved to Nevada, and I don't have an ID yet. Can I use a Utility Bill to purchase a Nevada Resident Wristband?

No. You must have A Nevada State ID. No exceptions. No refunds will be issued for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements. The Bender Jamboree is 21 & over.

Do the rooms have refrigerators, what amenities are included in the room?

Refrigerators are only available in the Suites. The Plaza offers rentals for a fee of $20 per day (fees are subject to change) and can be requested at check-in (based on availability). The hotel offers different amenities in different room types. Click on the photo of the Bender Jamboree package for full details.

My flight is arriving early in the morning, will I be able to check in?

The hotel’s official check-in time is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am. The hotel cannot guarantee early check-in or late checkout times, as they are based upon availability and will incur a fee. Front Desk will begin checking in guests as soon as the specific room type is available. For your convenience, the Bell Desk will store your luggage.

I want a late checkout, what is the process?

Hotel check out is at 11 am. If you know in advance that you will be leaving late, please contact Bender Support using the contact form in advance to arrange the hotel fee. If you are on property, let the Front Desk know so that you do not get locked out of your room. For your convenience, the Bell Desk will store your luggage.

What is needed for hotel check-in?

The Plaza Hotel requires a government-issued ID and a major credit card for a $100 ($500 for Derby/Penthouse suites) incidental fee. Cash is NOT accepted for incidental deposits.

Can I book an extra night?

Booking your extra nights through us has its advantages! You will be able to stay in the same room which means that you will not have to pack up and check out of the room once you’ve already settled in, and the resort fees and taxes are included. The option to book an extra night will be offered to you while booking your package. If you do not see the night you are needing; PLEASE contact Bender Support using the contact form for assistance.

Can I add additional people to my room package?

You sure can! The cost to add a guest is $499.00 per person for a standard package or $1199.00 per person for a Baller package which includes resort fee, hotel tax, and additional occupancy fee. This does not include the 9% Live Entertainment Tax. The Primary Guest needs to contact support using the contact form adding the new guest (let us know who will be paying for the add-on). Please include the name of the guest as it appears on state-issued ID, date of birth, phone number, email address. Someone from Bender Support will reach out when the reservation has been updated.

Do you offer travel insurance?

We do NOT offer travel insurance. There are NO REFUNDS, NO Cancellations or NO Credits issued under any circumstances on any orders, and we recommend that all attendees purchase travel insurance. We highly recommend travel insurance for the unexpected (medical emergency, natural disasters, trip cancellation…) Travel insurance is frequently offered by your standard insurance company or credit card company, so we suggest checking with them.

NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS or CREDITS will be issued for any reason. The event has a stringent cancellation policy and recommends that all attendees purchase travel insurance. Purchaser agrees that all sales are final. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to attendees (NOT VALID ON TRANSFERS) who have purchased for the canceled event. Fees concerning concluded transactions, including booking fees, delivery fees, and transaction fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for checking all purchase requirements including age and identification requirements. NO REFUNDS will be processed for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements. The purchaser understands that they are purchasing for the entire Bender Jamboree event and not a particular artist’s performance. Thus, all purchasers understand, acknowledge, and will not expect a refund for any of the items purchased in the event of any talent cancellations for any reason. Artist’s line-ups and schedules are subject to change at any time. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

No-Shows: There will be NO REFUNDS or credits issued for unused tickets for those who do not attend the Bender Jamboree.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Missed Payments: One week after missing a scheduled payment, a late fee of $15 is added to the reservation. Two weeks after missing a scheduled payment. A final cancellation notice is sent, and the reservation will be canceled within 7 days, and NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued back to the guest(s). If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact support using the contact form PRIOR to the payment due date to avoid cancellation of the entire order. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

 

Name Additions/Changes/Transfers:

ONLY the Primary guest on the reservation can add a name or make changes by contacting Bender Support using the contact form (not the hotel) include the order number, new name (as it appears on state-issued ID), date of birth, phone number and email address. No fees will be charged through March 3, 2019, adding names after March 3, 2019, incur fees of $25 for each attendee. All name additions after March 17, 2019, will incur a fee of $50 per person. Name additions after March 31, 2019, must be done in person at Bender Support check in and will incur the fee.

Changes MUST be in writing, and Only the Primary Guest can request to change or remove existing guests or to upgrade to a higher priced category. Downgrading your package to a lesser value is not allowed. Names and (DOB) are required for all attendees. The Primary Guest must request these changes by contacting support using the contact form and someone will get back to you.

Transfer Fee: There is a $50 transfer fee that must be paid before the transfer is complete and valid. When transferring a Bender Jamboree order the Primary Guest on the reservation MUST contact support using the contact form with the new guest name(s), address, phone number and email address. Someone from Bender Support will reach out to finalize the payment and transfer. We cannot accept any changes after April 7, 2019. Must be 21 years of age or over to attend the Bender Jamboree. NO REFUNDS!

Wristband Policy: We do NOT mail wristbands. Wristbands will be available for pickup at Bender Support will call (onsite at the Plaza Hotel). You will need to show YOUR state issued ID to pick up your wristbands. Jamboree attendees will receive their wristband(s) that will be attached to the attendees by a Bender Support team member. The wristbands must be worn for the entire event. PLEASE DO NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way. Wristbands will not be replaced if stolen, damaged, lost, or destroyed or you will be denied entry to the event. Must be 21 years of age or over to attend the Bender Jamboree. No Refunds!

Limitation of Liability: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event including injury and death, whether occurring prior, during or following the event. Attendees release the Event Organizer (Bender Presents) and affiliates, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claim related to, arising out of or incidental to the event or the attendee’s presence thereat.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement, which you accept upon use of the Site or the Services (including the Payment Plan), comprises the entire agreement between you and Bender Jamboree regarding the use of the Site and Services and which supersedes any prior agreements between you and Bender Jamboree related to your use of the Site or Services. To the extent that FAQs are found on the Site relative to the Services being provided hereunder, such FAQs are for informational purposes only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement. You are responsible for checking all purchase requirements including age and identification requirements. NO REFUNDS or Credits will be issued for attendees who are denied entry due to not meeting these requirements.

Photographic / AV equipment: You are not permitted to broadcast or narrowcast by any means whatsoever (including, without limitation, by way of mobile telephone, modem or other wireless devices) any images, sounds, data, results or commentary of or concerning any event without the prior written consent of the Bender Jamboree. Event attendees consent to the use of his or her image, likeness, action, and statement with any recorded form of media including, without limit, audio, photograph or video. NO REFUNDS

Scalping: Purchaser agrees not to re-sell or offer to re-sell any wristband or package at a premium or to use any of the wristbands for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including competitions) without the prior written consent of the Bender Jamboree. If your wristband is sold or used in violation of this condition, the bearer of the wristband may be denied admission to the event. NO REFUNDS or Credits will be issued.

Currency: Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are expressed in US dollars and include applicable hotel taxes, resort fees and 9% Live Entertainment Tax. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice. NO REFUNDS

Event Organizer: RezMagic is not the manager, organizer, promoter, producer or venue operator (“Event Organizer”) of the Bender Jamboree. RezMagic is the online reservation agent for and on behalf of the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer is Bender Presents. Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising from this agreement falls under the jurisdiction of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada. Only packages or wristbands purchased from the Event Organizer through authorized outlets are valid for admission. Event Organizer reserves the right to alter artists scheduled to perform at this event if determined to be necessary. Bender Jamboree reserves the right to increase published prices. In the event of an increase, only new reservations will be affected. Any reservations made before the increase will be protected at the rate they were booked. The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny admission for reasons including, without limitation: intoxication, disorderly behavior, failure to observe lawful direction, possession of voided wristbands or safety precautions. NO REFUNDS.
